Very poor service, I brought a watch in to get the band adjusted and it sat for a week when I called about it to see if it was done I was told "the piddly stuff sometimes gets put to the back" and when I said I'd pick it up to bring it somewhere else to get it done I was told "if you're lucky enough to find another place to do it go ahead" I wI'll never return to a Gervais jeweler store again, horrible experience and week wasted waiting for my watch to get adjusted, definitely worth the drive to Karrow jeweler in alexandria, quick and friendly staff there!
