I order here every other week, I get the same thing everytime: skillet crust with pepperoni and jalapeños and extra sauce. I ordered on my 9 year anniversary on 10/31/17. When the delivery guy called, his phone was not working good and I could not hear what he was saying and finally when I could, he had an attitude saying he was here and I go get the pizza and he had no pen for me to sign the receipt so I had to go get a pen to sign it....not professional. I also gave him a 20% tip because I have been a server in the cities for over 6 years and I know how to tip. The pizza looked wonderful but when I started eating it, it was so unbelievably hot that we could not even eat it. There were fresh jalapeños with all the seeds in it everywhere, under the cheese and on top. My mouth was literally numb and burning and I starting sweating. Even taking the jalapeños off did not help because the seeds and juice from the jalapeños being cooked, cooked into the pizza. Since I get this pizza all the time, and it is never like this, I calmly called them and said I cannot eat it, it’s so hot, and the takeaway girl consulted her “manager” and came back to the phone even though I could hear everything the manager was saying in the background, that there was nothing they could do. All I wanted was them to remake it with no jalapeños and they said no. I could also hear the “manager” in the background saying well they shouldn’t of ordered jalapeños on it and that she made it herself and saying comments in the background but when I waned to talk to the “manager” she refused to talk to me... the mangers job is to deal with situations like this as I have been in the customer service industry for about 8 years total. I was so shocked and disgusted by pizza ranch’s lack of professionalism and leadership. I even said I will drive the pizza back because we had not eaten it and the takeaway girl was silent, disappeared from the phone and said I would get a refund tomorrow after again going to talk to the manager, when their general manger was coming because the “manager” could not credit a refund her/himself... yeah, right. I said I really appreciated it and thank you. What do you think happened? I never got a refund. Morris is a small town so you think you would want to make your limited customers happy but this place does not care and is a joke. You think people would take the time to call and complain for nothing? Nobody likes to complain. They lost a customer for sure. Do not go here because if you have a problem, they will not put any effort into fixing it and do not care about making their customers satisfied.
Cici's pizza but a lil bit better, I guess. Kinda cheap, not bad though. Everyone is really nice
I love their chicken & bread sticks...I wish it wasn't so good so I wouldn't stuff myself!
The food is excellent! However, the past few times we had ordered (order about twice a week), we were charged an out of town delivery fee of 10 dollars, We are located less than a mile from the store. After contacting the manager, we were well taken care of and credited, but it's an issue that should be addressed as it had happened before. A big thank toy to Rob, who helped us with this, his service was great and he genuinely was concerned with fixing and preventing this from happening again.
Great food, friendly and helpful staff but took awhile for initial seating. Game area for kids was fun. Great desserts and salad bar and they have ice cream too!!! Kids buffet pricing was alil over priced but adult pricing was reasonable and drinks came With the buffet which is always great.
