Update: Its been nearly a year and we have to yet to get refunded for the overcharge. We have since given up because they just give us the run around and its getting annoying. Do not ship from here!!
Our packages arrived today and it was obvious that the driver had been smoking in the vehicle. Disappointed that this is allowed.
I would honestly spend the extra money to drive up to Alexandria if you ever have to ship from ups. The customer service here is zero. They were condescending and extremely rude. We shipped 3 boxes and they were very rude to us. They also overcharged on one shipment and promised they would refund the difference to us right away but never did. We've been trying to get our refund for months and just barely getting anywhere. We shipped the boxes in May, its now September.
